David Tainsh leads on the management of financial, recruitment and affiliate programmes.  He has long experience of financial management and recruitment. This has enabled the development expertise and resources to manage affiliate programmes for major London based companies.

Dr Mike Tainsh, C Erg, FIEHF, leads on ergonomics. This includes tutoring on the "Learning at Work" programme with the University of Portsmouth, in addition to supporting ergonomics work in major systems engineering programmes.
